Please contact your insurance company prior to our first visit to verify benefits and find out any information regarding your deductible, copay or coinsurance.

I supply clients that are out-of-network with a "super bill" (a detailed summary of services received) that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you are out of network, I recommend contacting your insurance company about their reimbursement policies prior to our first session.
